PROTECTED: Your company's brand, your reputation, and if you are a business, community, or political leader, your platform.

POSITIONED: Your company as an industry innovator, and you and your executives as thought leaders in your industry.
Pressley Media Group has created a three-phased approach to designing a customized Strategic Communications Plan for our clients. The process begins with a look at your company's current operational status, your strengths, potential threats or inflection points. We don't believe that the devil is in the details. At PMG, we believe that "Success is in the Details." Contact PMG today for a free consultation.
PMG Services are divided into three Divisions: Strategic Communications, Small Business, and Executive Coaching, to provide you with a specific plan of action for your communication needs.
The foundation of our work in Strategic Communications is built on the Three Keys to Communications:
With the foundation set, we then create a framework for your customized communications plan which includes the Three Keys with the following formula:
If you need to create Key Messages for an issue, political platform, or to elevate your brand, here’s an example of how we begin. First we identify your Power Points – the things that make you the best in your business – and create powerful messages that will elevate your brand. From there, we will build a strong communications plan with Key Messages that will resonate with your internal and external audiences, and then work with you to develop Message Discipline.
PMG can also help you prepare for that big television or magazine interview through Media Training. PMG can also help you identify your Pain Points – performance, staffing, inventory or budget issues that keep you up at night – and create a plan to manage those issues and prepare for any crisis.
Our No. 1 goal at PMG: Delivering your message. Your story. Your way.
The PMG logo is the infinity symbol, because communications is infinite. All of us – whether in our professional life, or personal life – are in a constant state of communication.
Understanding the importance of
content versus context, and tone and tenor; communicating to all of your stakeholders or responding to a customer concern; attracting new clients and establishing your brand; giving a dynamic presentation to hundreds of people online; or responding to a crisis, are all keys to a company's success.
It's not rocket science, but there is a science to it.
We can help you deliver your message. Your story. Your way.
The Small Business Division offers an à la carte menu of services to introduce businesses to strategic communications, media relations, and at some point, crisis communications.
The suite of services are designed to assist owner-operated businesses, small businesses, and large corporations and organizations, with customized packages to meet their messaging, media, and branding needs. We can start out with small projects to introduce businesses to messaging, branding, and the media, and build our way up to larger strategic communication plans.
In the end, our goal is to help companies elevate their brands, build strong relationships with their stakeholders, and be prepared for when a small business issue turns into a crisis.
"You manage things; you lead people."
- Rear Admiral Grace Murray Hopper
When it comes to strategic communications, media relations, and crisis communications, we ask business leaders a few questions:
Are you using communications to achieve your mission?
Do you have the right message?
Can you handle a crisis?
If the answer is "No" to any of those questions, it's OK. PMG is here to help. If you want people to learn more about your business, we can help you prepare for an interview with your local business reporter or television station. After working with PMG on building Key Messages and taking our Media Training, you will have great talking points and the confidence to face the bright lights, microphones, and cameras, and tell your story.
We can also work with you to build an Issues Management program, where you create a communications plan to address the issues that keep you up at night. PMG can work with you to build a communications infrastructure in your business for internal and external communications, so you can be proactive instead of just being reactive.
